Travis Icard brings more than a decade of security, emergency management, and critical infrastructure experience to EPS. His background spans regional utility security, aerospace operations, nuclear emergency preparedness, state emergency management, and military leadership. Travis has led risk and threat assessments, emergency planning, drills and exercises, corrective action improvement efforts, and coordination with executive leaders, government agencies, first responders, and private-sector partners. With experience supporting transformer fire response, flight operations security, radiological preparedness, and high-risk site protection, he provides EPS clients with disciplined leadership, strong program judgment, and practical support in security planning, emergency coordination, and operational readiness.
