Travis Rand brings more than three decades of fire service, emergency management, safety, and training experience to EPS, including more than 20 years in command-level and safety leadership. A retired Deputy Chief and Emergency Manager, Travis led community risk reduction, managed the City of Buckeye Emergency Operations Center, developed emergency and continuity plans, and coordinated large-scale interagency exercises and radiological preparedness efforts. His background in emergency operations, industrial safety, hazardous materials, technical rescue, training delivery, and nuclear exercise evaluation gives EPS clients seasoned leadership, strong operational judgment, and practical support across preparedness, field safety, training, and incident coordination.
